Student Internship Program
BSA’s 10-week internship program offers students pursuing a professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design the chance to dive into real projects and gain hands-on experience. From site visits to cross-disciplinary collaboration, interns are immersed in the full design process while working alongside industry experts. Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor and fully integrated into the vibrant culture of our studios – making it a summer of learning, growth, and inspired design.

What do you enjoy most about BSA?
My favorite thing about working at BSA is working on new projects that I haven’t been able to work on in the past. Even in that first interview, BSA was really engaged with asking what we were hoping to get out of this internship. So I’ve been able to cultivate an experience that was personalized and because of that I’ve learned things here that I haven’t been able to at school and in other previous experiences.

What drew you to an internship with BSA?
What drew me to BSA was the focus of healing, learning and discovery and the sense of purpose you can have in the work. My favorite part of working at BSA is the collaboration. There’s a real sense of camaraderie in the office culture and also mentorship, which of course is really beneficial as an intern.
